  1、Visual & Material Inspection
Inspection Steps Inspection Standards
1.1 Surface Integrity Inspect 304 stainless steel surface for scratches, dents, oxidation spots; weld seams free from porosity or cracks
1.2 Coating & Identification Coating thickness ≥50μm, logo position centered (tolerance ±2mm), compliant with bidder specifications
1.3 Protection Grade IP65 certification for electrical cabinet; nozzle seal tested at 1.5x rated pressure for 30 mins
  2、Mechanical & Structural Test

2.1 Gantry Rail Precision Rail straightness ≤0.1mm/m, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.5mm (laser interferometer)
2.2 Bearing Endurance Test 72-hour no-load operation: bearing temperature rise ≤35°C, noise ≤75dB(A) (German bearing standard)
2.3 High-Pressure Water System Water pressure adjustable 20-120Bar, flow stability ±3%, filtration ≤10μm
  3、Electrical & Safety Check
Inspection Steps Inspection Standards
3.1 PLC Logic Verification Siemens/FX3U PLC logic verification: 3-5 mins/car, E-stop response ≤0.5s
3.2 System Interface 10.1" touchscreen with CN/EN switch, real-time fault code display (with location)
3.3 Grounding & Insulation Grounding resistance ≤0.1Ω, insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (500V megger)
  4.Performance & Function Verification

4.1 Cleaning Efficacy Test Post-wash residue ≤5% on SAE J2450 standard mud (optical reflectivity test)
4.2 Water Recycling Efficiency Water consumption ≤80L/wash, COD ≤50mg/L in wastewater (environmental report)
4.3 IoT Functionality Check Remote management: fault alert delay ≤10s, data storage ≥365 days (Baima BMG800 gateway)
