Q4:HOW TO INSTALL AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE FOR JET WASH?

We can send a technician to provideinstallation and training support for you, but the travel cost should be borne by the costs are the responsibility of the customer and include visa fees, airfare.hotel and restaurant expenses, and the technician's salary.The customer is required to pay the technician $100/day.

Q5:HOW TO BECOME A DISTRIBUTOR?

We have no special conditions for traditional distributors who do not have ex-clusive rights.

 

lf you want to apply to be an exclusive distributor in your country or region, the first step is to buy a demo machine.lf you want to apply for exclusivity in your country or region, you need to buy ademo machine in the first step and show it to your customers there, and we need to sign an annual MOQ agreement with you.

Q6:WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR THE JET WASH?

We offer a 3 year extended warranty on the whole machine including all spareparts, during the warranty period, if any part is damagedbelow, we will reimburse the new parts free of charge, but the warranty does notinclude the courier cost.


Normally,we will ask our customers to keep some spare parts in stock for machine maintenance,the compensated spare parts wil be sent together with the next shipment or in a cheaper way, but not including DHL.


Meanwhile, the warranty is invalid in the following cases:
· Damage caused by failure to follow user manual instructions (e.g., incorrect voltage input)
· Unauthorized disassembly/modification of core components (e.g., pump/circuit board)
· Damage from natural disasters (floods/lightning)
· Normal wear of consumables beyond service life
· Failure due to lack of maintenance (e.g., frozen pump in winter)
· Cosmetic issues (scratches/dents) not affecting functionality
· Exceeded warranty period or 26000 operating hours.

Q7:How about the air drying result?

Uses design of air fluid mechanics principle to achieve long-distance high-pressure air cylinder, can reach 90% drying result, the stability with safety are much more better than the profiling air drying in brush wash machine.

Generally speaking, we pack goods in wooden boxes.

Each machine will be tested by our quality control department before delivery to ensure quality. Due to any defects in the machine during the warranty period, we will provide free spare parts.

Q14: What is the delivery time for the automatic car wash machine?

If the customer requests the same three-phase industry voltage of 380V/50Hz as the Chinese standard, we can provide fast delivery within 15-20 days. If it is different from the Chinese standard, the delivery schedule will be extended by 30 days.

 

Q15: What should I do if there is a problem with the machine?

We have a team of engineers who will provide remote services. If you encounter any problems, our engineers will help you solve them through video calls or phone calls.
